Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our product/ services. 
  2. Identify and target potential new clients, cultivate leads and convert them. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  3. Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings.
  4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. 
  5. Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data.
  6. Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations. regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications.
  7. Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team. 
  8. Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team. 
  9. Experience to handle team.

Skills/ Experience:

  1. 6 to 8 years proven work experience in Sales.
  2. We would prefer Candidate with product sales knowledge of Solar Pump, Solar Modules, Agriculture Submersible/Surface pumps etc. with having knowledge of Solar Energy.
  3. Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge.
  4. Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques.
  5. Self-motivated with a result driven approach.
  6. Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office.
  7. Ready to travel in the states Maharashtra, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh. 

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
  2. MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.
